A short overview before our conversation.

You can simply share from your own experience.
What We May Talk About
The outline below is only for reference. The conversation will be adjusted according to your background and experience.
Possible topics include:
- your work, business, or professional experience in India
- trust and working relationships
- expectations and actual execution
- communication and decision-making
- how progress is judged in practice
- practical advice for people trying to understand India
For example, depending on your experience, it might explore questions like:
- What surprised you most about how business actually gets done in India?
- What did you have to do differently here from how you’d work in another market?
- What helped you figure out who and what you could rely on here?
- What turned out to matter more here than you expected, and what mattered less?
- If you were advising someone about to start here, what would you tell them to pay attention to?
The conversation focuses on practical experience and general observations. It does not require sensitive business, client, financial, or internal company information.
Recording, Photos, and Public Use
With your permission, I may record the conversation only so I can review my notes accurately afterward. The recording will not be shared publicly.
If the situation is appropriate and you are comfortable, I may also take one or two photos for my field records.
Before using your name, company name, direct quote, identifiable example, or photo in public writing, I will ask you first, and use it only if you agree.
Anonymous participation is also possible.
Preparation
There is no need to prepare slides, documents, or formal answers. The conversation can stay at the level of practical experience and professional observation.
You may skip any topic that is not suitable.
How the Findings May Be Shared
The general findings may be shared with Taiwan-related business associations, trade or economic offices, entrepreneur and SME communities, and organizations interested in Taiwan–India business exchange.
Many conversations may only inform the overall understanding and may not be individually featured.
Individual names, company names, direct quotes, identifiable examples, or photos will not be shared publicly unless you agree.
